Hi! I’m Coach Stefanie! The founder and head coach of sb training. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Glute Specialist and Group Fitness Trainer! I’m also a burger loving, double vodka soda gal who loves her family, loves to dance and enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her HUSBAND and friends, hiking, golfing, snowboarding and swimming in the lake on a hot summer day!
I discovered my love for fitness over 10 years ago when I turned to the gym to help me cope with high anxiety and low self-confidence throughout university. I felt jittery all the time, couldn’t sit still and was made fun of for being too “skinny” over and over again. The gym gave me a place to feel safe to build my weaknesses into strengths and fill my cup to show up better in school, for my family and for my relationship. After obtaining my Masters in Teaching in 2022 from UofT, I decided to take my part time job of being a personal trainer to my full time career as this is where my true passion lies.
Hi! I’m Coach Becca! I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, FS8 Certified Pilates Instructor, and retired competitive dancer. I also have a true passion for travelling, trying new foods and restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones. In my free time, you will find me mentally planning my dream vacation to Greece, cooking and baking, going on walks in the summer time and skiing in the winter time!
Being a competitive dancer, I was active all my life. It wasn’t until my first year of University when I really fell in love with the gym and strength training! I had so much free time compared to what I was used to, and I really missed moving my body so much every day. I started out by following fitness routines on YouTube, but I was having a hard time staying consistent. After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2021, I found F45. Safe to say, I absolutely fell in love. The community, the workouts, the coaches - everything about it was fantastic, and inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer myself in 2024. Since then, I have been working with Coach Stefanie, helping women feel their best and most confident selves!
